Well situated and close to main attractions. The exterior of the is a bit surprising but don’t judge the interior by it’s cover.Spacious room with balcony. Rooftop is amazing. Concierge service excellent. Only comment for improvement: reception desk should not suggest conversation if you pay with foreign credit card. Pay in euro and refuse conversation. If nor 5% is added .

The hotel is modern inside, comfortable, breakfast is really good. I did not like the exterior area where the hotel is located, next to an ugly parking building. The street going to the historic area smells like pee.

This hotel was perfect! It was very clean, classy, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb. The rooftop bar had breathtaking views. We stayed in a family room, and it had a balcony looking over the beautiful city of Porto. I would highly recommend staying here.

We found everything about this hotel excellent. Wonderful location, a few minutes walk to downtown area, very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. Also, an amazing roof top restaurant. Loved it. Thank you.

Quality hotel and helpful staff

The hotel is located in the central northern district approx 20 mins walk to the main attractions. The hotel reception and concierge staff are were very professional, helpful and polite. The hotel bar and main restaurant are located on the top, 17th, floor with views of the city. My room was a single and had a reasonable amount of space along with modern bathroom. Breakfast was available on the ground floor restaurant area and had a wide choice of food to cater for different tastes, including some hot food such as scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, as well as fruit, cereals and pastries. Would consider using this hotel again given high standards and helpful staff
