Great stay!

Great stay, reception staff were really freindly and recommended agusto's for dinner. Hotel is beautifully clean - dont miss out on the garden ots a hidden jem. Breakfast was delicious and room very large and comfortable.

Very helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The room was lovely. It was an uphill walk which took about 25 minutes get back to the hotel from the downtown Porto so that would be my only complaint.

Very convenient location walkable to all attractions. Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended us a local Portuguesas restaurant for dinner; it was so good that we ended up going twice! The hotel is very clean and room is spacious. Hallway smells so good!

Lovely hotel with blue and white theme throughout. Spotless, with friendly staff and good breakfast selection. We booked this hotel in particular for it's garden and enjoyed an hour or so most days sitting in the sun with a drink. Although the hotel isn't in the city centre it's walkable and the nearest metro is a 10 minute walk away. Very good service throughout, will definitely return if/when we come back to Porto!

It was alright. Room was okay. The staff overall weren’t so friendly, especially the breakfast and front desk staff. Dinner and bar staff were nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel in general is nice, the staff were accommodating, the breakfast room and what it provides was good, the room was spacious and the bed was good. The only thing we found that the hand basin in the bathroom was tiny every time you wash your face your head hits the wall. The other thing could improve on what is provided in the room, there was a Kettle and two sachets of tea, my wife prefers coffee with milk neither were in the room also everywhere that we stayed on our travel they supply fresh bottle of water every day that was not the case at Hôtel Crystal. But over all was good.
