"I don't think I've ever been made to feel so unwelcome at a hotel or B'n'B. We were using public transport. We were dropped off by taxi at 10am. Obviously we weren't expecting to check in but I've never stayed anywhere where luggage storage isn't available. The owner's immediate reaction was to tell us we check in isn't until 2. She did allow us to leave the luggage but I was taken aback at the unwelcoming attitude. We came back at 2. Owner complained that she had no details about the booking....

Very close to the beach, beautiful views, 15/20 minutes walk to the train station and town centre. Our ground floor room was very disappointing, small, poorly maintained, dirty carpet ,needed a good clean in the bathroom, black mold in shower, poorly fitting curtains. Uncomfortable bed especially the pillows. Pre ordered breakfast was ok but again not in our opinion 5 star. There is no evening...
