"The location and the views were great. It was also very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area. The hotel itself is in need of renovations - it is quite dated. "

"A great little hotel, with an interesting vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not a tremendous amount going on within the immediate surrounding blocks but not a bad walk to Praça do Comércio and some of Lisbon’s more popular neighborhoods. The room had cool bunk beds that my kids loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished we had longer time to enjoy our stay here at the hotel and more time to explore Lisbon but unfortunately our flight got cancelled and our stay was shortened by 4 days. Wish their non refundable policy is a bit flexible for reasons beyond our control. "

Service from all staff truly exceptional
Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative.
Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced.
Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind.
The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake.
The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable.
Without a doubt, I will stay here again.
