A fantastic hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff members. I was very welcomed by the manager Andre (?) and front desk personnel Ives and Ruben (?) The room was very clean, comfortable snd spacious. The hotel location is accessible to all the tourists attractions and walkable to good restaurants and shopping

Clean room - modern. Very comfortable bed and pillows that best pillows I've had all trip (not too puffy). Unfortunately the smell from the bathroom plumbing was very unpleasant. We opened a window to help get rid of the smell, but that wasn't possible in our second room.

The hotel is close to many areas of interest - a short walk to historic sites, excellent restaurants, the train station and many shops. Cost of stay is very reasonable. Staff at the front desk are very knowledgeable regarding best restaurants nearby and directions upon request. Definitely recommend as the place to stay in Lisbon.

Hotel was in a prime location near lots of restaurants, easy walk to public transportation, and near many attractions. Room was small and no frills, but the location and walkability were worth the space trade off. Would definitely recommend.
