This hotel was located in the perfect spot! We took the metro from the airport to a station that was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel right near the beautiful Rua Augusta Arch. The tram was a close walk, many great restaurants. Everything was great at the hotel. My only dislike was the stiff bed but besides that everything was fine. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Lisbon.

The room was clean, but hot. We couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat because it was in a language neither of us were familiar with (not Portuguese or English). The balcony door was broken so we couldn't open it and the bed was very hard. We didn't bother notifying the front desk because by the time we got back to our room it was very late and we were tired. The lounge was very nice and the location is perfect for sight seeing.

Location is great but the rooms are very small. There was no closet or shelf storage to put any belongings on. The only thing that separates you from someone going to the bathroom is a curtain. A lot of other places to stay at. Portugal is beautiful but i don’t think I’ll return to the CR7.

Very nice hotel. There are some Ronaldo signature jerseys in the lobby. Room is well decorated as well. Got upgraded to deluxe room too, which was excellent. Although it’s facing the streets, it is quiet at night. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast however costs 18€. Didn’t try so don’t know the quality. Welcome drink at the Inverse CR7 bar included.

The hotel was in excellent location. The overall quality of the facility was good. The room were well maintained and the staff was friendly. However, the room we stayed in had AC issues, which we complained about everyday for the 4 nights we stayed there. The issue was not taken seriously at the beginning and the staff offered simple help, like stating that they will check it, will send a technician, will set up the temperature from the central control. All didn't solve the problem and at the end when we talked to the manager, she said sometimes there are issues (bugs) that are not easy to find and fix. We expected that when we first noted the issue that the room will be changed, but that offered didn't come until the last night, which was too late. By then my wife got sick. We also expected maybe some compensation but no were offered. This wasn't a good experience.
