"This farm and guesthouse was incredibly beautiful. Everything from the view of our guesthouse , the horses and other animals and the farm itself. My hisband and I hD a wonderful Time. We enjoyed the beauty if the farm. The animals were beautiful and some entertaining. The roosters and the chickens freely wandered and put on quite the shownas they wandered. The two goats came tapping at the door every night. We loved watching them run when it seemed like they were getting in trouble. The farm is close to Letchworth State Park. Very convenient area. "Very clean "

"The room was clean. Bedbug covers on the mattress that seemed new. Shower has high water pressure and heats up quickly. Room is very spacious. Cute quiet area that was very close to Letchworth state park. Parking was easy, every night we were able to park directly in front of our room. A nearby diner named Brians USA diner was delicious with huge portions, we visited there a couple times. Silver Lake Brewing was also awesome. Chill brewery with plenty of seating. We got some good beer and stuck around for a bit playing board games. Before you arrive, they send a message with your room number and leave the key on the dresser for you. There's a laminated instruction sheet for check out that's very straightforward. I didn't mind the lack of person to person service. We came here for a remote visit and I don't need people waiting on me all day. There was a number to call to get service if you needed it. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors. We turned on the AC at night to stay cool and the droning sound of it did a really good job of drowning out the sound. I keep earplugs with me and wore them to sleep since I'm a light sleeper anyway. No problem. I enjoyed my stay and would come here again. It was a great option for folks who want to visit Letchworth without camping outdoors or using the cabins. Thank you so much. "

"The house is beautiful and well maintained. Glenda is very nice and made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was delicious and was adjusted to our dietary needs. There was excellent coffee and tea. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with quality linens and toiletries. Our only two comments for improvement is that the shower curtain liner needed to be cleaner and that the fireplace used sterno cans instead of gas. "
