The Inn At Houghton Creek
Houghton

8/10 Good

We visited Houghton for family reminiscing. It is a very small town with a lovely College which has a very nice Campus. Down the road at Fillmore is an amazing minnow trap factory which has been producing traps and fishing tackle for over 100 years - efficiently using the decades old air driven presses but remaining competitive with overseas markets as well as USA. The Inn is nice and homely and clean spacious rooms. Breakfast however not available at the Inn and only a few places in the town...
