Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. "We were so disappointed! First of all, it was not mentioned at all that this property is located in a basement of an apartment bldg. When you open the windows, you’re literally staring and looking up at the road pavement it’s disgusting. The ac in one of the rooms was not working, you cannot open the windows and when we asked the property if they can fix the ac - they messaged me back saying air conditioning is from June-Sept! Where was that mentioned in the details of the property?? Expedia...
