Great arrival information and helpful WhatsApp service throughout. Useful details about the apartment and the local area. Clean and well presented with a mid-stay towel change. Great location. Safe and within easy walking distance of the tourist area. Great tram and metro links. Would recommend! Family of 2 adults and a 7 year old.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It is very close to some bakeries, convenience stores, and a whole row of great restaurants. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. There was a small elevator that was helpful when we brought our luggage up and down, and stairs as well. Our host was communicative and helpful with our check in time, and cleaners came twice during our stay to tidy up the place and replace the towels with fresh ones. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect place for a family walkable to a lot of restaurants, the Duomo, metro etc. Its only flaw is how thin the windows are, you can hear the conversations of those just walking by to clearly. I'd still go back and stay here none the less.

A fabulous location for a weekend away celebrating a birthday. The apartment was spacious, well furnished really clean and in a great location to explore Milan. The only feedback would be lack of double glazed windows meant it was very noisy especially on a Saturday night and bin collection day, as the noise came straight through:

Great location. Apartment was a bit dated but clean and well-maintained and nice looking. The apartment acoustics/sound from inside and outside the apartment were fairly annoying, and it took 2-3 nights to get the first decent full night's sleep there. Overall, this was a solid, nice apartment in one of the cooler and conveniently located areas of Milan. The management were very good at communication via WhatsApp and handled any needs or issues promptly. The price was high for what we got, but I attribute that to the Milan Design Week crowd taking over the hotels and causing prices to go way up for this week.

Good comfortable stay

Overall good experience staying at the property. Clean and comfortable. Cons: 25 minutes walk from duomo and other attractions, had to take metro. Shower space is small.

The concierge was very responsive and was very helpful with all our inquiries. Instructions to use the apartment were very clear and our stay was very pleasant. The area is very quiet and many things are accesible by foot.

The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. 7 minutes walk to Porta Romana M3 Station! Jerome from Customer Service was excellent!!! He gave easy to follow step by step instructions! It’s good to have my whole family in 1 apartment rather than in a different hotel rooms.
