Overall very good stop. Room was tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Location was a little further out than we'd like but tram stops were right outside, along with a tube station, so wasn't really an issue. We would come back here!

Our stay was excellent! The hotel was very clean, and our triple room was perfectly spacious for three people. It was also very quiet — we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was so tidy and comfortable that it really felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were small but exactly what my daughter and I needed. It was relatively quiet. The shower not very optimal as water got everywhere but aside from that, great staff, clean, good location, public transportations right out front, and overall great stay.

This was by far the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to any of my family members or friends. 1. The phones do not work so if you need anything, you would need to physically go to the lobby and speak to someone. Ex: when we needed towels or toilet paper (which wasn’t ready for us). Or when we saw the cables to plug our phones did not work, I had to go down to the lobby and speak to someone. Which leads me to my next point. 2. The charging cables were not working. When we went down and spoke to the girl working at the front, she said her colleague would there to assist in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up. And when we told the girl there, she didn’t know why nobody came and didn’t bother to do anything else about it. 3. The air conditioning does not work. We had to go down and speak with someone just for them to tell us that they are on a one way system and the AC does not turn on. Only the heater. In this case we had to keep the window open. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that gnats were coming in the room. 4. In addition - the loud noise outside kept us up for the 2 nights we were there. With the window open, we heard everyone outside still partying at 2 am. The second night was the worst and thankfully it was our last. They didn’t have a manager on site to talk to. We emailed him on Monday with no response until today. 5 days after. Only after Expedia reached out to him. STAY AWAY

Experiência incrível

Eu amei a minha experiência neste hotel. É simplesmente incrível em todos os sentidos. Atendimento, café da manhã, limpeza e localização excelentes. O hotel não fica tão próximo do centro, mas, tem diversos pontos de metrô e monotrilho bem em frente ao hotel, o que facilita demais. Eu amei minha estadia e voltaria mais vezes com certeza.

Hotel Razoável

Hotel reformado recentemente. Condições razoáveis em relação às instalações, as quais são relativamente novas. Cama boa, quarto bonito e com uma saída bonita pelos fundos. A água do chuveiro não esquenta muito bem. As camareiras, por duas ou três vezes entraram no quarto sem bater na porta antes. Café da manhã nota 6. Não oferecem nenhum suco fresco. Mas até ai, nenhum grande destaque, o pior mesmo é o atendimento. Exceto uma funcionária peruana muito simpática, todos os outros foram muito secos e sem simpatia nenhuma, mesmo quando contamos que estávamos em viagem por ocasião da nossa lua de mel. O local em que está localizado o hotel é próximo de uma universidade e a vizinhança é bom, porém um pouco distante do Centro de Milão.
