The room was perfect very spacious , super clean and all the amenities you need . The staff were very friendly , always happy to help . There are some restaurants and cafes near by and a supermarket just a short walk away. It’s very easy to access the tram and metro with the navigli area just a short tram ride away.

Had a room at the front of the hotel, very noisy in the evening as there’s a restaurant under the hotel which gives lots of cigarette smoke too if you like your window open. Noisy neighbours, too, suspect they might actually live in the adjacent rooms as opposed to using them as a hotel, as they seemingly have their friends around.

The property itself is beautiful very stylish, modern, and clearly newly refurbished. The rooms are exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, kitchen facilities, and a fridge. Access to the gym was also a great bonus. The location is excellent, situated in a lovely area with easy access to transport links, making it simple to get around Milan. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were amazing throughout our stay. They were friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely deserving of 5 stars. The main downside was that check-in and check-out times were enforced very strictly. We were allowed to leave our bags and go out before check-in, which we appreciated, but our room wasn’t ready until around 3:40pm despite the official check-in time being 3pm. Check-out was also strictly at 11am. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was disappointing. She came across as condescending and unfriendly on several occasions. While waiting for staff to bring our luggage up at check-out, we were told we couldn’t leave a small bag of souvenirs on a table because it was “her office”. We also noticed other guests had their bags brought up from storage while we were asked to collect ours ourselves from downstairs. We had also specifically chosen the property because it was listed as child-friendly, so repeatedly being told to stop our children playing in the lobby felt harsh

お部屋は天井が高く、水まわりも含めとても清潔でした。エアコンもよく効いて、洗濯機やキッチン用品など、必要なものはほとんど揃っており、快適な滞在でした。調味料等は置かれていないので、塩やオイルなど小分けのものを持参すると便利かもしれません。親切なフロントスタッフが常駐なのも安心して過ごせましたし、地下鉄やトラムへのアクセスも便利で、また利用したいです。

Hôtel situé proche de toutes commodités et à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds de l'hypercentre. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé avec des produits de qualité. Parfait pour une petite famille avec un bébé. Petit bémol pour le parking indépendant de l'hôtel à proximité pour 30€ par jour entamé, ce qui peut représenter un budget pour un séjour long.
