"This is a private owner that has this unit. When we arrived the room was occupied by another party. Went to the Ramada Resort reception. They could not help because the unit is privately owned. Called the owned and got no response. Talked to the mother and daughter in the room and they said they had another day in the unit. "We stayed here for 9 nights it was nice but could be improved. The house wasnt the cleanest with viasable dirt on switches and doors and dust around doorways. Theybgave use 4 bath towels for 4 people but you have to wash them yourself so we found we didnt have enough towels to do this we had to request more which was supplied.
