The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab.
We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay.

The facilities are amazing. The staff is more than fantastic, everyone so kind always smiling and the breakfast buffet is the best I have seen. It was an fully perfect experience.

Genuinely such amazing service. Shout out to Pepe in the restaurant and all the other staff from waiting to housekeeping to reception to spa. Just excellent service and not too far from Palma and the airport.
