Asked for more towels was told to come get them ourselves
Spent money at the SPOT because was told checkin was at 4;00 but it was at 3:00 and had to wait a extra hour
I paid good money but was very disappointed

Spent $150 for one night. Should’ve shopped around a bit more. There’s better hotels for that price imo."
