"The staff (especially Erica) were excellent and the beach access was actually a two-minute walk from the front entry! Rooms were very clean and breakfast was hot. Had a balcony room that was great for sunrise/sunsets! Will be back!"

"The stay was terrible! I arrived and right away I was charged for parking $45 and I was given a dirty room. The cleaning lady was doing the beds while we were waiting inside the room. I then went to the front desk and asked to see if they would provide me with another room. They did, but the sheets were dirty, there were roaches and the floor was dirty. They never went to go take our trash out or to change our sheets. It was horrible! The Internet was not working on the TV. We couldn’t login into Netflix or any other streaming app. My son went to the front desk to complain twice about the Internet, not working and the front desk person told me he would go upstairs to fix the Internet in my room and never went upstairs to fix it. I will not be staying at this hotel again if I decide to go to next year‘s Beach Soccer Tournament horrible! horrible! horrible! place to stay. As I was checking out I asked to be provided with a number to corporate and the front desk told me I could call but not would be done about it. Never again will I stay in this place again. The front desk personnel are rude."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. When we arrived late at night, there were people smoking outside the property, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. I found bugs on the bed, the sheets felt damp, the shower appeared stained, and there was visible dirt on the floors. Due to the condition of the room, I did not feel comfortable staying for the full reservation and left earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below my expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this property."

"We picked this hotel because it was close to everything. This made it really convenient to see the historical areas, the beach, and shops etc. There was a rental shop right next door, too! However, the elevator and carpets were pretty dirty. The hotel room balcony was great, and the room was ok, the carpets and the mattress cover under the sheets were gross. They only had regular cable on the TV, so there was no way to rent movies. The bathroom shower needed some work and the fridge smelled. The food at the restaurant was good, the drinks were strong, and free cookies are always nice. The pool was great, and I loved that you could eat in the pool at the pool bar, fun! The staff was friendly, but they could have told us a little more about the amenities available. All around, we had a good stay, and it was a reasonable price. We paid about $150 a night booking online, and a gal we were talking with at the pool said they were charging her $300 because she just booked a room that day."

One block to the beach and close to everything! Enjoy the outdoor fireplace !

"Stayed here with kids and grandkids. The location is an easy walk to the beach. There is plenty of space for energetic kids/grandkids. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for multiple people to help. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, it was good and a great location near the beach and Pleasure Pier. I walked around mostly with my dog and enjoyed the waves and food. I did have some loud neighbors but the host was so quick to respond and rectify the situation. I also had to figure out a light switch in the bathroom. There was a slight odor in the bathroom but it could have been local water or just needing a deeper clean. However, I was happily shocked at how awesome the exterior was, its excellent location, the extra snacks and coffee, the amount of space, the ability to have my elderly dog there without issue, and having a considerate, kind host."
