Villa Pelin Exclusive is a modern and luxurious holiday home located on the edge of the quiet residential area of Stranici, just 4.5 km from the beach and just a 10-minute drive from Porec. This beautiful property offers perfect comfort, convenience and elegance, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
It is located on its own fenced plot of 590 m2 where guests have at their disposal a 28 m2 outdoor swimming pool, a covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a sundeck with sun loungers, its lawn and parking for two vehicles. The special feature of this beautiful villa is the 50m2 roof terrace with a jacuzzi, lounge furniture, outdoor shower and sun loungers.

Villa Pelin Exclusive for 6 persons, with a total area of 180m2, spreads over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously furnished living room with plenty of natural light through large glass walls, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi, which can also be reached by external stairs.
Youth groups under the age of 26 are not allowed.
