Villa in Mazamet with Private Pool

This detached villa for 6 to 8 people is located in Domaine Royal Green. It is 5 km. from the occitan village Mazamet and 100 km. from the sea. On the ground floor you will find a living room with sitting area and with a possible sleeping area, decorative fireplace and TV. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, traditional oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine (filter), toaster and electric kettle. The villa disposes of two bedrooms, with each two single beds, on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a third bedroom, with double bed, a bathroom and a shower room. The villa also features three (separate) toilets, a washing machine and a dryer. From the patio with garden furniture and barbecue, you can look out on the enclosed private garden. It also has a private swimming pool (open from early April until early October). Some villas dispose of a garage.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. Heel mooie villa, super om met een hond te verblijven door de volledig afgesloten tuin. Heerlijk zwembad, fijne rustige omgeving. Het enige nadeel was dat de bedden erg hard waren. Verder hebben we een fantastische vakantie gehad!

De vakantiewoning biedt niet geheel wat wordt beloofd. Her zwembad was bij aankomst groen, het heeft 2 dagen geduurd voor dit was verholpen. Er is geen WiFi in de woning zoals wordt vermeld op de boekingssite. Er is WiFi bij de receptie, dus daar moet je dan naar toe. De vaatwasser bleek defect, ook dat heeft 2 dagen geduurd voor het was verholpen. Verder is de woning nogal karig ingericht, het tuinmeubilair heeft b.v. geen kussens. Tot slot schort het nogal aan privacy. De beheerder loopt af en aan, natuurlijk was dat nodig door alle problemen, maar ook daarna bleef dit zo. Hij is zelfs kn de woning geweest toen we er niet waren. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 6 personen en ligt goed. Er ligt vlakbij een mooie golfbaan, die meer dan voldoende uitdaging biedt.

Aankomst en ontvangst was prima, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. De accommodatie was goed, men mag evenwel niet te nauw de hoekjes en kantjes, van het interieur van de woning, bekijken. De zetels waren echter wel aan vervanging toe. Goede communicatie betreffende het onderhoud van het zwembad.Nadeel in de onmiddellijke omgeving weinig mogelijkheden om een deftige wandeling te doen met de hond, te drukke baan. Het gebied leent zich wel tot mooie uitstappen en fiestactiviteiten (bewegwijzerde parcours voor racefiets en mtb.)

uitstekend, lux huis met zwembad wel hoge borgsom € 600,-, duurde even voor ik die terug kreeg.

Mooi huis, goed en volledig ingericht, prachtige bosrijke omgeving en gelegen aan de rand van de golfbaan. Helaas geen WiFi in het huis zelf maar wel bij de receptie (zou wel moeten worden geregeld). De tuinman was blijkbaar nog niet klaar met zijn winterslaap. Voor deze periode niet heel erg.
