"The property was great, the gardens/wildlife habitat were nice, loved having 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. But the hot tubs were not warm a couple of times we tried to visit, were nicely warmed other times. And none of the pools are under 3.5" feet at any part so the kids could not reach without the water being over their faces, kiddie pool or a shallow end would have been nice. Also there were people smoking at the pool, that was disgusting. The ocean is a bit of a walk and across the road from the back buildings, so depending on which building you are in be prepared to carry kids and beach supplies across the road. The resort itself was nice, rooms clean and well stocked, and location was nice. The concierge did ask a million times for us to take the Whyndam tour, which we had no time for, so that was a little stressful. But overall had a nice time"
