The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. "Wonderful hotel ! Everything was perfect. The room was so nice with an outdoor terrace and two chaise lounges, and partial view of the water. The lobby, the pool area and the beach club were all 5 stars! The beach area is not sandy but so unique with day beds nestled between rock formations. And the sunset from there is spectacular! The breakfast was wonderful and if you don’t want a big dinner there is also a pizza restaurant on the property open late. In summary, we loved it and...

"We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. "
