"It appeared the gentleman that booked us in was not the usual greeter or new but did his job with a smile. It was a small room but had all that was needed.. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and comforting ( not stiff and cold). shower was good also had decent shampoo, conditioner & soap on tap. Plenty of tea and coffee etc with a few packs of biscuits. Parking was easy & well signed for a small motel. Within short walking distance to 2 Hotels, small but well stocked IGA, bakery and PO."

"Hosts were absent as it was harvesting time. Arrived during cellar opening time but no one was around. So our much anticipated wine tasting didn’t happen. There was a sign that stated no walking in the vineyard so we out in the boonies with nothing to do. I would have loved to walk the vineyards when we arrived. Nightcap was included but nothing available. We booked as suggested by friends who loved the place and the hosts. We had a brief encounter with host as we driving away to find dinner. Would not recommend. "
