Set in the countryside between Pollensa old town and the sea this impressive house is reached via a long private gated drive lined with olive trees.

The house is beautifully light and airy. It is full of lovely natural materials - stone and wood - and has been designed with great attention to detail with neutral furniture and high-spec kitchen and bathrooms.



On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen which leads you to a covered BBQ area. Near this area is an utility room with a washing machine. The covered BBQ area has also a sitting area and a door leads out to an uncovered terrace and the pool area. Doors from the lounge/dining room also lead out to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor with a double bedroom and twin bedroom. These share a bathroom with a shower.



The garden is a fantastic space with beautiful views of the mountains of the Boquer Valley. The pool is surrounded by lawns, tall trees and plants and there's a covered terrace with dining furniture, seating and a brilliant outside BBQ area. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided to enjoy long hours under the Mallorcan sun.
