Can Botana 1 is located in Cala Sant Vicenç, in the north of Majorca. The renovated holiday home extends over 2 floors and is situated on a large plot of land with several villas lined up and sharing one pool area. The villa has a bright living/dining room, a very well-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 2 people and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, baby cot and high chair. Outside you will find a loggia with garden furniture and a barbecue, a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a shared pool area with outdoor showers and a children's pool. Start the day with a tasty breakfast outside or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. Enjoy a relaxing holiday while enjoying the view of the mountains and the sea on the horizon. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! Restaurants are 100 m , a supermarket 200 m away and the nearest beach, Playa de Cala Molins, is 100 m or a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. Swim in the crystal clear water and tan under the Majorcan sun that warms the sand under your feet.

Very nice house in a good location. Lots of space inside and out.

Pros: Air conditioning was so good due to hot and humid weather. Nice to sit at the front more than the back as there is a view at the front. Cons: The downstairs shower was not really fit for purpose which was disappointing. The paint just peels off the wall on the shower cubicle so it was used only once. We chose a 2 bathroom property so my brother could have his own space. We had to share the main bathroom upstairs, otherwise no other negative points.

Fantastic holiday house in a beautiful setting

Pros: The house was very comfortable, well equipped and stylish. It was also very spacious. There were beach toys and games for the children. The complex is beautifully kept and it’s in a great location. Our children made lots of friends round the pool. The pool was well used but never too busy and nicely sociable. We didn’t have a car and getting around by bus was super easy and cheap. Maria was really helpful & responsive and left a lovely welcome pack of food. We loved our stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you Maria! Cons: Nothing about the house. It was perfect. Because we didn’t have a car, we were reliant on the local supermarkets/shops in Cala san vicent which didn’t have a great range of fresh produce. It’s easy to stock up in port de pollensa though. And even easier if you have a car!

Prachtig idyllisch huisje

Pros: Host was zeer behulpzaam, we kwamen savonds laat aan, meneer stond klaar om te helpen en er stond een prachtige mand met lekkere dingen. Huisje was van als voorzien, strand op loopafstand. We hebben heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Alles perfekt!

Pros: Super freundliche Gastgeber! Wir konnten sehr flexibel mitten in der Nacht einchecken und wurden trotz der späten Uhrzeit sogar persönlich begrüßt. Der Kamin wurde schon angemacht und ein Präsentkorb wurde bereitgestellt, also so toll wurde ich noch nie begrüßt. Ansonsten war echt alles perfekt. Die Zimmer, die Bäder, die Küche und die Umgebung. Wir haben uns alle sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder :)

Mycket trevligt hus. Perfekt i kanten av de andra husen. Lugnt och tyst. Härlig grönska runt huset och i området get bra skugga heta dagar. Mycket skön pool med gott om solstolar runt hela. Rent och snyggt i huset, något skralt med porslin och glas. Skönt med AC i sovrummen. Rekommenderad varmt!

Eine gemütliche Villa zum Entspannen.

Pros: Die Lage war sehr schön ruhig in einer bewaldeten Gegend, fußläufig Strand und Natur. Alcudia und Polencia sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war super in der Unterkunft und Maria konnte und alle Fragen umgehend beantworten. Sie hat sogar noch Spielzeug für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt. Jetzt im Winter war auch der Kamin wundervoll für den Holz schon bereit gestellt war. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke!

Super nette Vermieter, tolles Haus, das im Herbst leider lange im Schatten liegt. Alles in allem abe

Pros: Wir wurden trotz sehr später Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und es war auch etwas eingekauft, da der Folgetag Sonntag war. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die große Küche ist klasse zum zusammen Kochen. Der Kamin ist toll, wenn die Abende frisch sind. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen gut gepflegten Eindruck. Cons: Die Lage am Osthang des Tals führte dazu, dass das Haus (im Oktober) erst ab Mittag Sonne abbekam. Unser Mietwagen lag recht tief, so dass wir sehr vorsichtig auf der letzten, kaum befestigten Zufahrtstrasse fahren mussten, um nicht aufzusetzen. Im Haus könnte die Dusche im Erdgeschoss eine Renovierung vertragen.

Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und ist zudem im Norden der Insel ein super Startpunkt für viele individuelle Ausflüge. Direkt am Haus startet ein Fußweg durch einen kleinen Wald, welcher wunderschön gepflegt und angelegt ist. Den Pool teilen sich die anderen Fincas auf der Anlage, was sehr nett ist. Das Anwesen ist absolut ruhig und man kann toll entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind extrem herzlich, in wirklich jeder Situation hilfsbereit, haben eine immer offene Kommunikation und sind zudem unkompliziert - so wünscht man es sich, schlichtweg perfekt und herzlichen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie!
