We had experienced our first earthquake there while in Mexico City and the staff handled the situation professionally and kept calm during the event. "Great location, super clean building and room, filtered water in the room, friendly staff, complimentary laundry room, and rooftop bar were the best parts. The gym could use some improvement. The only negative was the shower. The showerhead was a little leaky, the shower floor was super slippery, and the shower drain kept backing up, but there was very nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion."

"I enjoyed the clean room, staff and amenities. We were provided with snacks in the common areas such, coffee, freshly baked cookies, water, chips, peanuts. I enjoyed how close everything is to the historic places are. Located right across from el zocalo. Walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes,for those who enjoy walking like me. I will definitely come back and stay there. "
