My hotel room was amazing and the night staff was great however the staff in the morning left alot to be desired. They were rude and dismissive and the cab service they used did not provide a comfortable service.

The Bel-Air unique hotel has very comfortable rooms. Nicely updated. A lot of the controls in the room are controlled through a touch screen. The location is great if you are visiting the world trade center or anywhere in central Mexico city. There are lots of options for restaurants and entertainment around the hotel, even within the hotel. It's a great place for a little getaway to Mexico city.

My room was great. The entire hotel was unique restaurants within walking distance. We booked total of 6 rooms and some of our family had issues with AC not cooling and despite multiple complaints no resolution. Price is fair overall good.

Modern Technology that doesn't work.

We stayed at this property previously. However, in recent time they have installed a system where you can monitor and operate such things as A/C, Lights, Curtains etc. either by an iPad by the bed or by downloading the hotel app on your phone. All would be great if it would operate correctly, specially the A/C. Sometimes your entries are admitted by the system and sometimes they are not. Additionally, the in-room heat is provided by an electrical resistance at the room unit which is supposed to heat the cold water being delivered by the main pipes. Those knowledgeable about A/C know that a four pipe system is the correct way to go. Sorry for getting technical but its the only way to explain why we froze the first two nights and sweated the last two nights. This was after they finally blocked the valve from moving.

Mala atencion, el hotel esta bonito por dentro es mas caro que el otro pero no le dan mantenimiento, La señorita que hace el aseo los jueves no limpia bien unicamente acomoda las cobijas pero las deja con arrigas las almohadas dobladas el baño todo mojado y desacomoda las pertenencias, la del viernes todo ok super ordenada deja la cama sin arrugas respeta las pertenencias y es muy respetuosa. El servicio a habitacion esta muy feo, tardan 45 minutos, la comida llega fria y aparte ya te cobran en automatico el 15% de propina cuando debe ser lo que tu quieras y para la pesima atencion deberia ser nulo. Dice que incluye lo del minibar y esta vacio, solo un dia dejan cafe de cortesia, el agua de cortesia si la dejan diario, el bufet esta horrible pocas opciones, no te atienden bien para cafe o agua, No dejan hacer check in temprano unicamente resguardo de maletas. Las alfombras de la habitacion nunca las lavan estan super mugrosas.

La habitación nos la entregaron asta las 18:00 hrs nos decían que no tenían disponibilidad, una vez que nos la asignaron tenía basura y no habían realizado un limpieza adecuada, el baño no tenía toallas se solicitaron a la recepción, las enviaron al siguiente día cuando volvimos a insistir ya en forma de reclamo la falta de toallas, el baño carecía de amenidades como corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, lo peor de esta estancia fue los dispensadores de jabón y champú estaban vacíos, se levantó por teléfono la inconformidad pero a nadie hizo nada por solucionar todos los inconvenientes que se presentaron

Room was clean, beds extremely comfy, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with several options, the dining room has beautiful views, staff is beautiful sang happy nirth to my mother. Staying again for sure! La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran muy cómodas y el personal fue amable y atento. El desayuno es increíble, con varias opciones, el comedor tiene unas vistas preciosas y el personal es encantador; le cantó la Nochebuena a mi madre. ¡Sin duda, volveremos!
