The hotel is located adjacent other 5 star properties and is close to major sites and excellent dining options. It doesn’t get much better than the Hyatt Regency."

"The NOISE was unbearable !!! The room was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. I actually had to go out and buy earplugs. The cleanliness of the room was also poor: I found items under the bed, and both the floors and the room felt dusty. The reception manager was polite and nice, but he acted as if the noise was not really a serious issue. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which almost makes up for the noise, but the poor cleaning was the final disappointment."
