"The staff was friendly. It was in a nice location and not too loud. The room was basic but met our needs"

"The only thing I did not like was that y'all told us check out time was 12:00 and a staff member come knocking on our door at 11:30 asking us if we needed a late checkout and we where already packing to get out by 12:00 checkout time. I told him I am packing now to leave by 12:00. Then he said okay I will put you down for late check out! I got out of there like 11:45. "
