Below Quality Inn standards. Bed light now working and had to call to have it fixed. Microwave, refrigerator not working. The breakfast menu was lacking. Only offered waffles, which the were out of batter at the time we got there @ 7:00am. Coffee was weak. Just not a good experience. On the bright side: the manager was polite & was trying. Clean & quiet. Staff needs more training.

Super nice hotel

We chose this location for our trip home. I was looking for a nice place but not too expensive. This was perfect. The owner is very attentive and the check in went smooth. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. They have Roku TV service which was amazing! The shower was clean and the water was hot and has great temperature. The coffee was very good! Overall a great place to stay in Sulphur Springs!

The owner is super nice and polite. He was genuinely concerned about the quality of our visit. He made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was waffles and cereal, my son was in heaven. Breakfast was kept fully stocked. We never had to ask for anything.

The stay was good. There were not enough outlets in the room to be able to plug in phone chargers, we had to use the ones by the restroom. The hairdryer did not work and they didn’t have a lot of choices on the breakfast. Overall the stay was very nice. The owner allowed us to check in early, because we were there for my mom’s funeral. He was very professional and took great care of us.
