"Stay here again? YES ! I'm ready to move in permanently! Host is very responsive. Neighbors are amazing. The morning visitors (chickens and horses) just make you smile. The house had everything the 4 of us needed. 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute drive. Stay here was half the cost of staying at a house overlooking the beach during the same period of time. "

"The pool was closed, hot tub hot. The place needs some TLC. Cooking utensils were minimal. All doors needed work. Outside premises need a good clean up. Boardwalk to beach across the dunes is non-existent. Interior overall is adequate. The lazy Susan cabinet door is unhinged. Some pickets in the staircase and overlook areas are loose. At winter rates you can only complain so much. If it was prime rate there would have been a crew there full time. "
