"First off, incredible house. Its HUGE! We were here for 2 nights, the place was so clean and we had an absolute blast. Check out process was simple, clean up after yourself, lock the doors, leave the beds as is. Finally, a place that we can enjoy and not have to strip every single bed, and clean every grain of sand.This host was attentive, caring, and just overall chill!They have a newely installed sauna, you gotta try it out, its freaking awesome. It takes about 15 minutes to warm up to a nice temp, then its sweating time! Can't forget the hot tub. Its big enough to fit 6 people, we had an absolute blast especially since it was chilly outside! There is 2 kitchens!! The main kitchen is absolutely stunning, beautiful high ceilings, huge windows, 2 dish washers, all the pots and pans anyone could ever need. We had an absolute blast. This place was a gem!! Highly recommend, thank you so much for hosting us. "

"Winter getaway for me and my wife. Very quiet this time of year. We saw ponies every day and good birdwatching. The home was as advertised, and we needed to run the heater every day, which worked very well. The hot tub was very nice, but we didn’t use the pool. We recommend the short drive up to False Cape State Park for good hiking and birding. "

"The pool was closed, hot tub hot. The place needs some TLC. Cooking utensils were minimal. All doors needed work. Outside premises need a good clean up. Boardwalk to beach across the dunes is non-existent. Interior overall is adequate. The lazy Susan cabinet door is unhinged. Some pickets in the staircase and overlook areas are loose. At winter rates you can only complain so much. If it was prime rate there would have been a crew there full time. "

"We had a great time! Vicky and Blake were very responsive to all our questions and the house was comfortable and reasonably well-equipped for cooking. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board, but we didn’t think to ask for one so that was on us. The house was very easy to access from the beach. Highly recommend. "

"Clean roomy pet friendly quiet secluded all around amazing! We loved it we saw horses right at the house!! The beach drive was a challenge at night but still as breathtaking as it is in daylight! A unique adventure and we will be returning!Renee answered instantly and resolved what I needed!! The house has a hot tub which is also a bonus!! Very pretty up to date FULLY stocked with dishes/utensils! Love, love, love this place and we took our dog and she loved the beach and the beach is EVERYWHERE!!!Next time we will stay A LOT longer"
