"The house was very spacious and in a great location, less than a five-minute drive to Corolla Beach. We spent our 33rd anniversary there, and my wife was especially excited to see the wild horses. Although none came right up to the property, we saw plenty while tailgating on the beach. The host even offered to extend our stay by two complimentary nights. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"Property was easy to get into. Andrew is great to deal with. I forgot my last payment and he texted me to remind me and I was able to pay and not loose my reservation. On key thing, although the listing says 4x4 it was easy for us to overlook the fact that there was an unpaved road on the beach that was required to get to the home. Thank goodness we had 4x4. Couple other things, the rule book in the home mentioned outside access to water for rinsing sand from underneath vehicles, but the outside water wasn’t working. The internet connection mentioned in the book with password, wasn’t working. The network connection listed wasn’t available as listed in the book. Additionally it was mentioned to clean up dog poop or you’ll be charged. We cleaned up so much dog poop that was definitely not from our 17lb Boston terrier. I love this property but there should be more info in the listing. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this house! We loved our stay, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great if you love driving the beach like we do! We saw horses every single day and even a seal who came up to the beach to hang out! "

"Hot tub was a welcome feature due to chilly April temps. Bathrooms were clean and house was well appointed.Some expected household items were unavailable (facial tissues, coffee filters, etc). Water filter on refrigerator needed replacement, laundry detergent was sparse. Generally overall cleanliness was good, however sand was found in beds, under rugs and on floors throughout and light fixtures, tabletops and other flat surfaces were dusty. Nails on decking need to be looked over, several poking up and at hazardous spots. "

"We had an amazing stay at this amazing home!! The home was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing and we were surprised we were able to see some horses out here during the winter! The initial drive in was intense if your new to beach driving, which we were, but after the first day we were going back and forth on that sand non-stop! James was an amazing host and responded quickly to our questions. We hope to come back and stay again, this was an amazing trip!!"
