"I lived in the Farmington Valley for more than 20 years and now travel back for work. I stayed at the Farmington Inn for several days/week and the service was always consistent, welcoming and friendly. I know the other options in Farmington, Simsbury, Avon well and have stayed in many other places, but this is the best atmosphere, service and value for your money. Farmington Inn is a charming hotel with a "B & B" feel with the privacy and amenities of a hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and it has all the amenities and conveniences of a hotel (24 hour lattes, tea, water, gym, breakfast) with the warmth and coziness of a B & B. I will never stay anywhere else in the Farmington Valley again. Wonderful hotel! "

"This Holiday Inn was very clean, the staff were friendly and there were many dining options close by to the hotel, if you had a car. The indoor pool was clean and slightly warm and the gym, although not very large… had great equipment and was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small restaurant in the lobby. This hotel did not have a free breakfast but I opted to pay a small fee when I booked the hotel, online, to have a sit down or (to go) breakfast for both my husband and myself. It was very good. I loved having the free coffee in the lobby. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn. "
