Our stay was great!
Food was all good, but the the best part was the staff. Always welcoming, friendly and smiley. Leo tue bartender is amazing! Never forgets a name, or a drink, and always happy! Probably the best bartender i have come across.

Nice location on beach-great views. Unfortunately we all got SICK!!!
Lovely setting, beautiful grounds, nice staff, kids loved activities at pools. iguanas swim in the pool!
Staff at buffet work hard, especially omelette lady-she was great-always smiled!Our room on 9th floor had great views-the bathroom needs a total Renovation! high quality bedding.Only one elevator working in Tower 1.Had a great massage with Judy.
Food is not great here.The food in the specialty restaurants was not good. Very disappointing!
We would not pay extra for premium as we feel there is really no benefit.

Spa at the adult pool could have been a bit warmer. Adult pool staff Nacho and Rafa made our stay very memorable. True professionals!!!!
