"We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta."

"Casa Castelli is a beautiful place, a perfect location close to the beach, with great views. Our host, Alejandra, was amazing. She helped us organize a family celebration, she was very detailed, organized, and helpful from the day I contacted her to the day we left the place. We had a chef service at the house, Roberto and Tony were amazing. The food, the presentations, the service, unbelievable. I highly recommend Alejandra and Casa Castelli. 5* on everything."
