"For the price it was ok. We were there for a wedding, and none of the rooms had a hair dryer, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a short stay. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom vanity was terrible shape, with broken tiles with mold and the cabinet looking like it had been in a flood. The breakfast buffet was decent. The pool was nice."

"We just got back from a 4-night stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and had a really great experience overall. The setting is probably the standout feature—being tucked into a private cove makes a big difference. The beach felt more secluded than most places we’ve been, and the views with the mountains around the bay were beautiful. We spent most of our time by the pools, which were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overly crowded. There were plenty of loungers, and the swim-up bar was a nice touch for relaxing during the day. The food was underwhelming but what we expected for an all-inclusive. Not every meal was amazing, but there was enough variety that we always found something we enjoyed. Service was consistently friendly and attentive without feeling over the top. David who worked around the adult pool was amazing! Hector at the buffet did a great job checking in and keeping things running smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the view. The resort overall felt well-kept and easy to get around. Overall, this was exactly the kind of trip we were hoping for—easy, relaxing, and a great place to unwind for a few days. We’d definitely consider coming back."

"This unit has a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach towels and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to have one in the sand, but we just used it on the balcony for shade. This was perfect! Plenty of fridge room with having the big wine fridge also. Bed was wonderful, water pressure was strong in the shower, so perfect.the owners Matt and Deidra are very responsive and gave us tons of good advice on what was around to do and places to eat etc. they are very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from them. Thank you for allowing us to have this lovely stay! Sue and Kevin. 10/10 trip"

"Best possible view of the ocean, it’s like being on a cruise ship balcony, you can almost reach out and touch it, lots of sea life, like an aquarium. "

"1. That elevator needs to be replaced. It’s so old and rusted we were scared to use it . Also not having access to it from inside the house is inconvenient. 2. Bath towels and Pool towels need to be replaced everyday . We had to ask for it which I think was ridiculous. 3. The Air conditioner in the top bedroom was leaking and the floor was slippery. 4. The biggest problem was lizards running around inside and outside the house. 5. The dryer in the house never worked, which was hard for swim clothes to dry"

"We had such an amazing week at Casa Mis Rocas. The house was gorgeous and the beach views were amazing! Jorge made the week stress free and relaxing. Chef Francisco made so many amazing meals and always made sure we had everything we wanted. His chips and guacamole were second to none. All of the staff were very kind and accommodating. We spent most of the week in the pool and watching for dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely come back again!"
