"This is an older hotel, rooms are tiny. Pool has seen better days. No elevator in the premises and the parking is on the street, it can be hard to park on weekends.
The garden is beautiful, and it is a breeze to walk to the beach. And it has a pharmacy right outside as well as an small convenience store. "
"Excellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff, the hotel is a bit far from the "action" in Puerto Vallarta, but this depends what you are looking for. Interesting mix of guests, young / old, Mexicans / Non-Mex variety, always had a good talk. For Golf courses you will need to drive approx 45-60 min, but the courses are very nice. There is a Scuba shop on-site, dive site in general are good and Dive Masters / Instructors very knowlegable."

thank you so much for hosting us for our first time in Puerto Vallarta. This has been an exceptional holiday week we will forever remember.
The hotel, garden, spa, bedroom and rooftops are absolutely gorgeous.
We enjoyed our bedroom with its amazing view and ensured to use the jacuzzi daily. The room was always clean and ready whenever we came back, and the room service was perfect.
The food and cocktails were beyond exceptional as well, from Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Bocado's, we have been eating at Michelin restaurants all week, and that's a huge compliment coming from us, very picky Frenchies.
We were even more pleased by the level of service, kindness and empathy your team offered us, which makes really your hotel a special place. In particular, we are very thankful for our butler Ernesto, so kind and professional, and by other staffs in all your fabulous areas (Enrique, Marco, Alejandra, Pilar, Jan, Orlando, Ricardo... and so many others at the rooftop and other levels).
We are already dreaming to come back and enjoy it again, but until that, please receive and share our gratitude to all your staff and wishing you all the best to your future projects!

"Every year we stay at Casa Iguana for a month we love it there its such a beautiful place that staff and house cleaners are so nice and accommodating the hotel restaurant is really great too. It’s quiet and relaxing Canela the hotel dog is so sweet. We will miss her. See you next year.
