"Our experience at Hotel Fiesta Americana was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel truly special. I would especially like to recognize Housekeeping for going the extra mile and creating a beautiful birthday setup in our room to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. In the adults-only area, Nacho and Rafa were always incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
