This spacious 5th-story studio is ideally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk from all the fantastic amenities this vibrant city has to offer. One of the nicest beaches in Playa is only a 3-minute away, and historic 5th Avenue, with its shopping, dining, and entertainment, is just 45 steps from your front door!

Cozy condo in excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The condo was as advertised. Not the biggest place but comfortable for a week. It was reasonably well equipped. The location is excellent. It's on a quiet street for only a few minutes walk from 5th avenue and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a great seafood restaurant across the street. Not fancy but good food and great value for money.
