Welcome to Arena in Condominios Arenis, located in the city center, and managed by Nasplaya, this condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living area with a sofa bed and terrace.



Condo Arena has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, living room with TV and a sofa bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, washer and dryer, refrigerator and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, the main bedroom has a balcony, making this place perfect for vacations.



The building has comfortable spaces to make your stay more pleasant, as it has a gym, meeting room, and a rooftop with a pool, tables, and chairs to enjoy the city view.



Located in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen, just one block from Walmart and a few minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
