"During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. And handed me my swimming pool towel My apartment was north facing, with a stunning view of the cliffs of the gigantes and ocean view and sunset views. And was away from the noise of the road and pavement near the carpark. A secluded but very private area with just a few apartments located along the side. The apartment to my surprise had a second floor, with a large single twin bed and bathroom shower area. The second floor had a second small bathroom without a shower and a small kitchen, large dining room and terrace with a beautiful ocean view, two sun loungers and table and chairs.. The kitchen had ever appliance needed, with complimentary water and tea and coffee. A water boiler,.own wifi router and TV with international channels. The whole apartment smelled and looked very clean, plenty of toilet rolls, towels, new washing liquid, sponge and wipe. Lidl is a 5 minute walk for all food essentials. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and for the price was probably the cleanest and well equiped and spacious apartments I have stayed in. And will love to return back here. "

"Only stayed 1 night as moving on elsewhere the following morning. We arrived late due to flight delay and unfortunately the man on reception didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. We gave him a copy of the booking but all he could do was shake his head! He spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Fortunately another guest who was staying there did speak Spanish and explained to him. It then turned out he had the information he needed printed out in front of him with all our details. Thankfully he realised then and gave us the room key. It was a shame for him too as he was very confused. I do wonder what would have happened if the other guests hadn't stepped in and helped. We left the following morning and the lady on reception was lovely! Have stayed once before and had no problems. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
