"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our experience. The food was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The spa was also wonderful, very relaxing and well equipped, making it a perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, which were delicious and well prepared. Overall, we truly loved our stay, felt very comfortable throughout, and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again."

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."

"Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel."

"This is an excellent villa. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully maintained. It’s the best pool and patio area we have experienced in our last three trips. The kitchen had everything you could need including outdoor plastic glasses and plates. We were keen to stay nearer Papagayo this time and the location was perfect. The Pueblo shopping centre is just over the road, supermarket and several small bars and restaurants for when you don’t feel like the trip into town. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Marina rubicon along the beautiful sea front. There is a taxi rank just outside the complex as well. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. I look forward to returning. "

"It was perfect for what we were looking for. A relaxed , inclusive week by the beach with pools. One of the pool was heated. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel was tasteful. There was a gym, a spa, a ping pong table. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options for dinner,but not a fantastic culinary experience. Having said that it was fine."

"Javier a very helpul and responsive host allowing us a late check out which was very much appreciated. Huge villa with plenty of space and a lovely outside terrace with lovely pool. WiFi fast and responsive. Washing machine was used, a real bonus. Plenty of crockery and glasses although some were chipped. Overall a good villa. Loved its location was a bit more rural but we had a hire car so no issues. On closer inspection just a couple of things to mention.. Mould on ensuite ceiling needs to be addressed cleaned and repainted. Bed rock hard and uncomfortable and pillows very lumpy. Apart from wash up liquid no cleaning products provided so had to go and buy ourselves. Pool man visited, very friendly"

"Villa was excellent with pool, quiet location with supermarket near. Lovely walk to marina and local restaurants. Pool was only cleaned once in 2 weeks we were there. No offer of clean bed linen or towels in 2 weeks either, however, there was washing machine where we were able to wash them ourselves. Would recommend this Villa "

"Great hotel. Location overlooking cliffs towards Fuerteventura fantastic. Lots of places to sunbathe. Your room was so good!! Sadly we had to leave early due to family illness. Disappointed the hotel did not honour the remaining two nights - staff were very considerate."

"Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's lots of wardrobe space and lots of hangers (something that always makes me happy). The area is exceptionally clean, lovely garden areas and very little noise. Theres lots of parking either in the car park or on the road. Some things that would help improve but did not spoil my experience.... There are very few cooking utensils, a chopping board, sharp knife, wine glasses and mugs would be nice. Softer towels would also be appreciated. We had to pay a deposit for the tv remote and there are only basic channels - being able to sign onto apps such as Netflix would be handy. There is a charge for the safe - why? The safe box is in the room already so I can't understand why we have to pay extra for that. Finally we were greated on evening arrival by a welcoming receptionist, however when we visited during the day they were not so helpful. Infact, i felt i was putting them out by asking questions. Overall, a nice hotel with no frills. I would happily return. It is a little way out of Playa Blanca but we enjoyed the lovely walk along the amazing coastline to the Marina. Theres also some nice bars about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. "
