Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. This is not their fault and something that the management should be paying close attention to. All in all we had a really nice time and will be returning at some point"

Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule. "
"A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded."
"Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !"

"We loved the hotel and it's amenities. We asked at reception about borrowing an iron and kettles for our 3 rooms and we were able to. We would have liked a restaurant in the hotel and not just the buffet style in all inclusive. "

Although we had seen the photos, we all felt that they really didn't do the apartment justice, it is truly fabulous. Javier and Erika have done a fantastic job making the villa an ideal home from home with everything you could possibly need. The villa is centrally located in Puerto Calero and an easy walk to the marina, the supermarket and the fabulous Puerto Calero sports Centre which is just down the road. If you are thinking of staying here then I highly recommend it, this villa is one of the best we have ever stayed in and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be."
"Absolutely loved our two weeks stay here, spacious well eqipped property with wonderful surroundings. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the time and were really enjoying the area of Calero Marina. Short drive to the airport and larger supermarkets. Owner was contactable if there was a problem and was very helpful."
"Property was nice and clean but a little tired, needed some tlc No welcome pack, no information pack, no local area leaflets, curtains where not hung properly, we had to fix one of the showers to be able to use it.Outside lights was not working, but a quick message to the owner got the maintenance men around promptly which was appreciated, kitchens could have been stocked with more cutlery, crockery and glass wear. Fantastic location, great outside space, property has great potential to be a fantastic villa "
