"Amazing, quiet, peaceful retreat with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Slightly out of town so car was essential. €7 in a taxi from Puerto del Carmen. Breakfast was devine every day. We stayed 2 weeks and we felt looked after. "

"This apartment was fabulous, beautifully furnished to a high standard. 2 good sized bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer ceramic hob, coffee maker microwave and air fryer. There are 3 large tvs and wifi. The bathroom has a large shower, and a washing machine. There is a pretty courtyard to sit in, which is not overlooked. There is a supermarket and taverna nearby. A car is needed, we hired a car from the airport which was reasonably priced, and the apartment is situated halfway between puerto del carmen and playa blanca, so it was ideal for visiting the major attractions of the island. Anchor our host was so kind and considerate, nothing was too much trouble for him."

"A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast. "

"The beds were very uncomfortable to the point of causing back pain to everyone, the entire villa needs an overhaul loungers are dirty and many of the outdoor seats are on the verge of dangerous, most of the shutters are broken and can’t be secured open, not all the doors are in full working order, our 2nd time booking this villa purely on the location but would rethink again as the beds are unacceptable. "
