"The Villa la Terraza al mar is idyllic! The view is unbeatable, Great home with a good layout. The heated pool is amazing for this time of the year. The house is located in a great location central to everything, will definitely stay again.Mike is a very good host and he has a fantastic team, communication was very easy and fast."

"The villa is a very neglected property with either stained or broken furniture. It had not been cleaned to a basic standard and we were greeted with dog saliva on the windows and the main bed full of dog hairs. The bbq could not be used at all due to all the chairs being broken and the grill had not been cleaned for many months. The property is advertised for 6 people but there is only seating for 4 people both in dining area and lounge, both settees are stained and the glass dining table chipped. We requested additional seating but this request was ignored. Location and area are good and the pool is ok but I would not recommend this property at all. "

"This villa really was 10/10 for all areas that travellers, tourists or just visitors normally want & need. We stayed for 6 weeks and took a lot of things with us ( for cooking etc) and needed nothing - our gear stayed in the car! Fab pool with easy entry & exit in shallow end. Very close to all main areas of Javea (Arenal beach, Port Area, Old Town and amazing coves - Portichol & Granadella) Denia town is just over the Montgo mountain and 30mins drive for the best street market in the area and a very lovely town. Alicante & Valencia airports are both less than 90mins away and both worth a visit. As we stayed for a lengthy period we had a weekend break in both towns which are very walkable, historic, by the sea and beautiful. After many years of booking villas and never staying at the same one twice, we would willingly stay here again. Thanks to Matthew for regular contact and checking that all was ok and quick response when we had a question."

"We spent a one-week family holiday in this beautiful villa. It is situated in a lovely, residential area and has a large pool and stunning sea views. The lovely, self-contained turret bedroom was a unique feature that had our 21-year old twins fighting over it…The property manager and owner were both really helpful and available for any questions. The owner was fabulous, checking in to see that we had settled and also recommending places to visit and lovely restaurants in the Jávea area.
