"The staff are helpful. The room is basic but clean. Very limited space to hang clothes on a small pole on the wall. Difficult to open suitcases except on the bed. No drawer space. The bathroom is clean but the shower cubicle is very slippery when wet. Good value for money for an overnight hotel very close to Heathrow Airport."

"I’ve stayed at the doubletree Hilton previously this was closer to the airport I chose it for ease of bus It was serviceable The hoopa airport bus didn’t arrive for my early flight but that’s no reflection on the hotel "

"I used the self checkin and it was pretty quick. My room was quite a trek away and I was relieved the door card worked! There was tea and coffee in the room. It was fairly basic but served the purpose."
