Theseus Superior Villa

Mitos villas consists of two three-storey identical villas that can host up to ten persons each. They are placed in an olive grove just 600m from the beach. You have the option to rent each one individually. Both villas provide their own private outdoor space and they share a spacious swimming pool and a kiddie pool.

Each villa consists of two independent apartments which provide an ideal option for families with teenagers.
One apartment is found in the basement and provides two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a living room where you can cook, enjoy your meal and relax. It is built in a way which allows a lot of natural light to flood in while it is also cooler on warmer days.
The second apartment is 80 square meters and consists of a ground floor and an attic.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sitting space, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom and a hallway that provides ample of storage and the washing machine. The king-size bedroom features exquisite mattress quality. A dressing table with a mirror and a wardrobe completes the picture. The modern bathroom offers a shower and provides toiletries ahair dryer and a full set of towels. From the sitting area, there is access to a spaciousterrace which offers a view of the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchen looks out to the mountains and allows you to prepare all of your meals. The dining table has space for 4 people while the terrace table offers the option of dining for 8 people.
Going up the stairs, there is the attic with the second bedroom and its en-suitebathroom. This bedroom overlooks the surrounding olive groves and the swimming pools up to the sea. Its balcony provides a table with armchairs and an umbrella whereyou can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea to the north or the mountains to the south.At the villa complex, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels.

For guests with children, the villa provides kids pool and outdoor play equipment.

Mitos villas are placed in an olive grove in the village of Pirgos Psilonerou just 16kmaway from the town of Chania. The nearest airport is Ioannis Daskalogiannis which iswithin 34 km/ 35 min drive. The port of Souda is within 23km/ 23 min. Ideally situated to reach the beaches of Falasarna, Elafonisi and Balos.
A few days before your arrival, exact directions will be sent to you on how to reach theplace. In case you need a transfer, you can contact us and we will take care of it.

In order to make your days with us memorable, we are pleased to arrange for you extra services such us:

Cleaning service is provided for reservations longer than six days (on the third or fourth day of your stay). Otherwise, it is offered upon request and is charged extra.

All taxes are included except for the environmental one, which is 10 € per day and it must be paid in cash when you arrive.
