"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient.
