"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When my wife and I had a leak in our room (due to the typhoon), we notified staff. Their quickness and efficiency really impressed us. When we returned to our room later that day, we found a letter with an apology for the inconvenience and coupons for free breakfast for the rest of our stay! Would absolutely stay. Rooms were always clean, staff was always friendly, breakfast was always delicious."

"We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep at the end of each day. Our room was clean and property was clean, though upon arrival their was bodily fluid in front of the steps from someone who most likely had too much alcohol. Check in was smooth as the staff used a translator to help transition the process, check out was simple and took less than 5 minutes. Conveniently located minutes away from the train station and other amenities. Area was quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay again when we return next year."

"Great price, location and amenities. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip in Tokyo this was the lowest price. The room was small, but the price was less than half the other hotels I booked. It was super clean, right in front of Sky Tree and a huge attached shopping center. You can get everything you need at this shopping center. We stayed there for 3 nights and went there everyday and would discover something new. Because of all the shopping you can do I would recommend this hotel be the last part of your trip. You can even buy a suitcase in Big Camera inside the Sky Tree mall. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure amazing, free amenities at reception (toothbrush, face wash, face mask, face lotion, hair brush, body scrub towel). I didn’t need to bring anything. I needed to ship my luggage to my next hotel in Atami and the reception desk kindly helped me fill out the forms."

"It was our first time visiting Japan. the area is friendly to tourists even for who doesn't speak any Japanese, easy access to public transits to other major interests. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel building has Uniqlo, and various restaurants which is big plus. Also Don Quijote, super store, is right next to the hotel, which opens 24 hours. (recommand to visit in the morning to avoid the crowd. we visit there after breakfast) and last but not the least, free breakfast hotel provide is very high quality, save money and energy. Overall, I highly recommand this Hotel for anyone. I will definitely stay here next time if we visit Tokyo again."

"The hotel is decent for the price. Just don’t expect a lot of space. The rooms are about the size of a size 13 shoe box, but if you’re only looking for a place to shower, sleep, and store your luggage, it does the job. The location and value make up for the lack of space, but if you’re traveling with more than two suitcases, be prepared to get very close with your belongings. At that point, one suitcase might end up sleeping in the bed with you while the other takes the last remaining floor space. Overall, good value if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring and not hanging out in the room."

"The breakfast spread at the Sizzler was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room appeared more spacious than other hotel rooms we have stayed in (we are a family of five). Also, the hotel is in an excellent location - short walking distance to Tokyo Skytree, the train station, and located next a grocery store. We wish we stayed longer (only stayed one night). "
