"They overbooked knowingly for a huge concert and cheer weekend. Didn't get into our room until after 5PM, 100+ more people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, the only place to get ready for the concert we came to was in the bathroom with 50+ other upset guests. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful but the fact of the matter is there wasn't enough rooms, the rooms weren't cleaned in time and they basically said the only thing i could get back was they could add the hour i wasn't in my room to my check out date, which is dumb, considering I was leaving at 3AM on my checkout day. The rooms are old, not updated, dingy, our bathroom smelled like a sewer every time you flushed it, all of the drains drained slow so it would leave debris in the sinks and showers. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close. The I have what appears to be bed bugs, I have bits on my arm and leg. I did NOT expect this from a hilton, at almost $500 a night which is totally price gouged by the way, which whatever, we paid it - BUT if I am going to be gouged, I expect an EXCELLENT ROOM. Clean. Updated. Things smelled mustly. The elevators were HORRIBLE, every time I was in there with someone they'd be clinging to the railing bc it was so bumpy and loud it freaked everyone out, we were used to it after 4 days. We would've absolutely left this hotel if we could but there were no rooms anywhere else and there was nothing for them to do for me about the nasty room bc there was no where to put us."

"We thought the property was great. Staff were wonderful. The rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great. We hung out in the lobby and the bar area while the kids socialized, and the ambiance was great. I would book a stay here again. The only issue was the pool really needed some extra maintenance. It was getting a lot of use with the large groups of kids that were there, and by the third day it wasn’t useable."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided extra towels when requested. Nice cold AC in the room, especially needed when it was almost 90°F in April. The pool needed major cleaning, but the hotel itself was very clean and neat. Every single staff member was cheerful, efficient and friendly. They were so welcoming. Especially appreciated the free shuttle to the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. Would definitely come back! "

"The hotel is currently under renovation however it is quite old. The AC makes a rattling sound once it is too high, the elevator is scary kinda old. The Valet parking guys were really nice and efficient. The front desk staff needs some help, not the most diligent. Check out felt like checking out 2 years ago, long, slow and confusing. "
