I was only in town for one night, but it was a nice little place that was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of some nice restaurants. I will definitely stay there again should I be in the area again

Perfect Stay in a Convenient, Comfortable Spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful short stay at this property! It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The place was peaceful and quiet, and the location was perfect- close to downtown and everything we needed to get to. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Studio Grande was an updated and clean property that fit our needs. The host was attentive and texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Our rental provided a comfy bed, easy parking, coffee, kitchen, nice towels and toiletries in and updated environment. It was near downtown and perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Place for Perfect Location

The process to check in was so smooth and i didn't have to interact with anyone. Everything worked, the shower was AMAZING and beautiful. The area was quiet and I had a wonderful time. Next time this is where I will be staying.

Amazing

We stayed 1 night here and it was amazing! The studio was super cute and brought a home feeling! It was perfect for a small trip for our cheerleading competition at the RP funding center! I would most definitely stay here again! Communication, cleanliness and area was amazing! I don’t have any complaints at all! This is def a must stay place!

Great space

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Host was prompt with response and accommodated our schedule. There was no kurig k-cups and only a half roll of toilet paper. Other then those minor inconveniences it was a great space with a nice location.

Wedding Weekend

This spot was perfect for what we needed for a wedding we were attending. We only needed a place for one night and this place was the perfect location - close to downtown, not far from Florida Southern (our alma mater) and very close to the wedding venue we were attending. The space was clean and we had no issues getting in/ out. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great spot in Lakeland!

This hands down has been my most pleasant rental.

Place was nice. Quiet. Close to Florida Southern College. did arrive late and the property was a bit hard to find. The door was black and the #5 plate was a little hard to see. Otherwise a great stay!

Downtown Lakeland has a lot to do so If you are willing to walk, this is a great change of pace from being in a suburban area. Room was very nice and modern, great for a quick getaway.
