The property was clean and comfortable. Close to casino and fairgrounds if you are going to see a concert. We visited both during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Lots of hot water for showers. Equipped with everything we needed. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Perfectly pristine and such a cool vibe, awesome place to stay after our concert at Amalie Arena. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and we enjoyed every creative detail of this beautiful space. Our hostess was attentive to all my questions and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. After our stay we headed over to the Hard Rock Casino right nearby for food and fun.

The property was great! Loved having my own private patio and the room and area was clean coming in. Literally the only bummer was that I couldnt get the coffee maker to work. It's wonderfully walkable to the casino where I had fun playing poker and relaxing by the pool. 10/10 would recpmmend.

Place was great location for walking to casino and even concert venue. In the unit, the space has everything you need and then some! Great features and decor. Bed is quite low to ground and not the most comfortable but it did the job for a night.

Location, location, location

The location of this STR was perfect! We attended an event at the Fair Grounds that ended up being so convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the rental was clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Recommended.

Nice room

Just needed the room for a couple hours because we were out and about. Room was wonderful for that, just wasn't able to control the AC. It was a little too cold in there for us. Everything else was perfect.

Mimi was very responsive to a few concerns that we had during our stay. The bed seemed to have collapsed in the middle due to a broken support leg. Mimi was quick to respond after I messaged her about it. She offered a solution in addition to ordering a new bed. She also offered to refund us if we were not pleased with the quick solution and chose to check out.The remote wasn't working and she immediately responded with the location of new batteries. Mimi is a true example of excellent customer service. Thank you!!

The location to the Casino and FL Fairgrounds was very convenient. Very clean place. Home away from home, down to little details such as complimentary coffee, WIFI, toiletries. Will definitely stay here again, if in the area.

We loved staying here! Very cute and clean, and the location was perfect for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. There is also quite a few great places to eat nearby. Our host was communicative and very nice. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit Tampa in the future.
