Charming Lakefront Studio w/Lanai & Dock in Lakeview Village

Charming nostalgic studio nestled on a beautiful lakefront lot teeming with a variety of birds & other wildlife. Wake up to birds singing, , make your coffee & sit out in the lanai or walk out to the dock to enjoy nature @its finest. As the day comes to an end, fire up the grill for a steak or burger & enjoy the sunset - Florida style!

Take a 1/2 mile walk to the other side of the lake through Lakeview Village (private - pedestrian access only to preservation area). You will enjoy many different vistas & perspectives from the other side (see photos) & get your nature fix! Enjoy!

If you're a coffee lover, we provide freshly-ground beans, & a variety of keurig roasts (or treat yourself to a cappuccino!).

Peaceful stay

Bonnie provides a peaceful place to stay while in the Tampa area. The room and bathroom were spotless and well stocked with anything I needed. The bed was so comfy with lovely linens. The lanai is perfect with a view of the lake.

Pleasant FL property, incredible host. Nice studio with large bathroom - all very clean. Plenty of fresh clean linens, reliable Keurig, microwave and fridge, Even thoughtful treats! Very glad we stayed here, highly recommend.

Very clean and quite.

Loved the property. Very cottage like feel. The lake out back added a very nice feel to the entire stay. The screened back porch was a big plus. Absolutely loved it.

State Fair-Tampa

This property was perfect for what I needed while in Tampa. Bonnie went out of her way to provide everything I needed and has a very nice secluded place to stay. The quiet, lake side back yard was an added bonus.

A Relaxing Stay during a Difficult Tine

My grown daughter and I needed an accommodation to attend a funeral in Brandon, Florida. We arrived there around 9 Friday night and our hostess, Bonnie, came out to meet us and show us around. Her place was just as the pictures depicted. We were surprised in the morning to see the lovely, relaxing view from the lanai.

Great Experience!

Staying here was a great experience. Communication was good, and Bonnie was friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being too intrusive. I loved the room and the lanai. Concert Bound

Great Getaway

Hostess of the Mostess, Bonnie, is a Gem on Mango Lake! What a sweet Getaway from the Hustle & Bustle of the City! There is No Handicapped way in or out & is quite a hop & a skip to the tropical backyard entrance.The Spring Break Time Weather was Great & that back yard is perfect for games! No bugs, No Sweat! We had a Grand week & would stay again!!! Thanks!!!

A little piece of heaven

Our stay at this charming studio and lanai was a little piece of heaven. The location was quiet and safe. Our hostess, Bonnie, provided us with everything we needed and was available by text or phone. Bonnie added the extra special touches to our room that was so thoughtful. Nice weekend at Bonnie's!

I enjoyed my weekend staying at Bonnie's vrbo. She was helpful and kind. She left lots of snacks and breakfast items available in the room, which was unexpected and awesome! Unfortunately, it was pouring rain for half the time I was there, but thankfully I got to enjoy some time in the private porch/ backyard by the lake before the rain came in. Beautiful location.

Nice weekend stay

Wonderful little spot. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the outside area, but I did really enjoy the morning I drank my coffee down by the lake. It was very peaceful and quiet with lots of wildlife. It’s hard to believe you’re in a subdivision. Nice personal touches like the wine and pastries. We will be back!

Peaceful and charming

The place was great. We love nature and it was a beautiful view with lots of birds and animals we got to see. Bonnie was a great host and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Very private and large private porch and back yard. Lots of extras in the room!!! Highly recommend this place and I will be going back when I’m on that side of town!

Short Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay! We attended the RV Super Show at the fairgrounds. It was the perfect location. Our host was so nice. She had snacks and breakfast items in out room. We had a toaster, microwave and small fridge and coffee maker. It was perfect! The weather was a little chilly but we tried to enjoy the outdoor area for a little while and watch all the different kinds of birds. I would stay again.

Hostess was great!

This is a cozy home tucked away in an established neighborhood. The room had its own entrance with a screened-in patio overlooking the lake. It was very quiet, private, and peaceful. Bonnie, the hostess, was very kind and accommodating. FYI - the bed was very comfortable, the room was dark, and the extra ac unit helped to keep everything very cool at night.

Just like home

I stayed in 4 other shirt term rentsls during my 2 months in Tampa... Bonnie was hands down the best!! The unit was professionally decorated, bed was unbelievably comfortable, greeting basket w/a bottle of wine, Bonnie was available 24/7 for anything, 10+ for cleanliness, and just as portrayed in the listing. Highly recommend Bonnie!!!
