"We had a very good time. The Hotels staff and general atmosphere makes us feel at home every time we go.... Only down side was the couch in our rm we stayed in was so, so.... Took us a few to figure out that not all couch's at the Hyatt are the same... But everything else was quite accommodating and professional down to earth... We love the food their, movies and spaciousness of our room... Two things that would make it a bit more enjoyable is if the Hyatt put in internet tv... And put in similar couch's in the handy capped accessible rms.... Outside of that we highly recommend the Hyatt to anyone looking to enjoy themselves, put their troubles aside and enjoy life.... We give the Hyatt a 89.9%.... If it had the cooler couch and internet tv we'd gladly bump that score to 93%.... Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt place who make an effort to bring the best out of their guest, regardless of their work load... The Hyatt place continues to do something Right! And we very much appreciate that. Thank You to the entire staff."

"Basic Hotel, clean comfortable only stayed 1 night and it was fine. Shuttle to Mohegan Sun runs every 30 mins. After a concert the last run from the venue leaves at 12MN. However there was more people than room & runs for the Van so plan accordingly."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are amazing and accommodating. I appreciate when staff members go above and beyond to meet your needs and thats just what they did. They have a shuttle to the casino every hour and its only 7 mins away driving. I would stay here again"
